About Kim Simeone...
I have been a manicurist in CT since 1985 and in 2005 I graduated the aesthetics program in Rhode Island and became a licensed Aesthetician. I am a member of the Association of Skin Care Professionals. I have knowledge and am certified in Oncology skin care, Dermaplane, chemical peel and microcurrent technology. I believe it's important to always keep educating myself and keep up on latest trends so that I can educate my clients on what is the best for them. My philosophy is to mix great ingredients, clinical knowledge, advanced modalities and heart and soul to help give my clients the best experiences.
Some things about me are... I'm a wife and a mom. I love animals and the outdoors! I love listening, and if you want me to ,give some advice! However, I'm not so good at taking my own advice! I love my job because I love making people feel good. When I'm in my treatment room with the lights dimmed and music playing, I can feel my clients anxieties and rush of the day leave their body. I feel the same way - it's a give and take relationship for me. I really love the "giving" part and getting a hug and a smile at the end of the service says it all. My greatest gift is when a client says "you really made me feel good".

POLICIES
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:
A valid credit or debit card is required to securely book an online appointment for the first time with me.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The time you schedule is reserved for YOU. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. A 50% charge of the service will be charged for a "last-minute" cancellation. A 100% charge of the service will be applied if you are a "No-Show". I know that unforseen circumstances happen. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis. As a business owner, I can only be in business if you show up!

RETURN POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, returns must be made 14 days from date of purchase. Returned product must be UNOPENED. Skin Therapy by KIm will not be responsible for misuse of product and/or adverse reactions resulting from mixing product with over the counter cosmetics. Skin Therapy by Kim reserves the right for exchanges or in-house credit. Customers are responsible for postage of returned products and for replacement/exchanged product(s).
